Day Three, Rework, Redo, Recycle

Today I did some work trying to get a new route up to one of the switchbacks, that I think works better than the route I had previously marked out. It is a much more gradual slope than the other part.
Looking down a new section of the trail

I did raking and leaf blowing, then went down to help David with some surveying. I became a very experienced giant ruler holder.

I've also decided to create a section of this blog called.........Critter Cam!!!
When I see wildlife I am going to try to take pictures of them and post them here.
Juvenile red squirrel, was not too happy with me getting close

  1. Good idea with the switch back to make sure the trail is not too steep. I love the idea of a critter cam too. Great pictures! Can't wait to read more about your project!

    1. Thanks, I figured that I would try to have fun with the blog, and make it a bit interesting for people to read, and the squirrels are really cute.
